Caught this on sale--great deal!
Bought this on sale for our worksite and it looks and works great! The quad doors were great. The fridge and freezer stay cold.

Filter removal
I cannot get the original filter out and can't get support. I have pulled the filter connectors and turned the filter. I have tried pliers. Ice maker stopped working weeks ago and supposed to be the filter but I can't get it out to put a new one in. I tremendously dislike this refrigerator.

It's a big Frigd!
It's a great refrigerator. I love it. The only thing that I don't like is it isn't displayed in Fahrenheit.

Installers were confused
There was a lot of confusion about how the water filter should be inserted. Something about exterior or interior.Other than that it seems to work well.

Cracks, and overheats
Disappointed that I paid so much money, and it has cracks. Fridge also overheats and will trip the braker. Very disappointed as I really liked the way it looks and how big it is.

Cheap product for high price
The water dispenser and ice maker does not work. Can not find a phone number to call. Very disappointed!
