I hooked them into my aux switches so I can turn them off if I want to. They look and work great.

Good look, install is a bit painful
+ Looks good on daylight. Looks even better during night.+ Not too bright or dim, just about right.+ Functions as advertised.- The OEM letters need to be drill out. They are heat glued on the grill. A pair of cutter isn't gonna do it. This makes the install process slightly tedious- The screws that came with the product is a bit long. Therefore, it cannot securely holding the letters. I had to drill the mounting holes just a bit deep to get them to work.On a side note, I kind of wish the start up sequence can be a little bit shorter. The blinky letters during start is a bit cheesy. A simple sweep, brighten up, them dim to normal would be perfect...
