Pretty useful
I am a full-time student so I am at my desk for 7-9 hours a day, and I always have my legs crossed in my chair. Unfortunately, I have old lady knees so after a while they start to ache and I need to stretch them. I got this foot hammock because I thought it would be a great second option for sitting. However, I must have spaced out on the description because I didn't realize that they had metal hooks that fit on the side of the desk for the foot hammock to hang. My desk has an edge that does not work for the metal hangers and one side has a screwed-in pocket so I could not use them. Luckily though the backside of my desk has a triangle brace that I was able to loop the string through and adjust to the right length. It is right up against the wall, which I don't mind since my legs are short anyways, but I did decide to wrap the wood touching the wall with a piece of fabric so it doesn't scratch up my wall from the movement. Even though I can't use it with the hooks I still really like it!

Weird to set up
It's nice and a good size. You'll have 1 long string on each size from the rope but it's not a big deal. Good for the price

Still disappointed
After reading the review and planned to modify this. I am still disappointed in the quality. The metal piece can be bent by hand... I don't suspect it can hold well over time. The fabric area is small, and you will to find a perfect spot to land your feet. The ropes' braiding are already coming undone as I open the package. As expected, the locking mechanism wouldn't lock the rope, causing the ropes to lengthen and dropping the elevation of the hammock when force is applied. This is what I had done. I cut the mounts so I have a flat surface. I drilled and screw on the underside of my MDF desk. After finding the right length, I gave the rope about 10 turns of twist so the braiding doesn't come lose. The other thing I should have done is to mount the bracket facing the other way, but this is working for now. I also had to clip on these clips to stop the ropes from sliding.

Work from home essential for those with restless legs
The media could not be loaded. I use this every day in my home office because I have long legs and am often very uncomfortable sitting straight with my feet on the floor. I have anxiety and adhd and need to be fidgeting / moving at all times. Having this hammock to put my feet up gives me so much comfort and it’s so sturdy too! Great for the price. Only negative is if you have puppies / kittens that like to chew, the little rope ties at the end are very appealing to them so just keep an eye out!

Perfect sling
I don’t know why I was so confused installing this, but got it hanging up in no time anyway. Works great, now I don’t have to move a footrest to vacuum. Perfect

great product
This product is way more comfortable than I thought it would be. I use it whenever I'm sitting at my desk, and it looks really cool under my. Just a word of appreciation to this business owner. Their customer service was very responsive, polite and extra generous. I highly recommend this product and seller. Thanks so much!!

Epitomizes a First-world Problem
This foot hammock is one of those doodads that initially seems like a good idea. In short time, however, the thing becomes a nuisance to use, is (for me) uncomfortable after several minutes of rest, and ultimately hangs unused. Complaining about this "foot hammock" is somewhat absurd, and epitomizes a first-word problem. It's just like a full-sized hammock in this regard: it gets used a few times when its new. But after that novelty quickly expires, it is an abandoned example of 'impulsive purchase', and its removal becomes a procrastinated chore. Bleh.
