I have just received this item and time will tell how it will be. My only concern is you have to take 3 capsules 2 times which makes 6 tablets? I feel like it is too much. So that makes this one pack gonna last you only for 20 days not even a month. I will only take 2x1 and see how my body gonna react otherwise I will gp for another brand unfortunately. Plus I wish there was a English booklet or something else.

You need 6 capsules a day! That's crazy. I bought it for myself and my husband, so it will last us only 10 days 😅

Uso da tempo gli integratori di Omega-3 e ho voluto provare queste capsule Norsan Arktis. Nel complesso devo dire che la qualità è ottima: il prodotto appare fresco, le capsule sono facili da deglutire e non ho riscontrato alcun problema digestivo. Apprezzo anche che si tratti di olio naturale di fegato di merluzzo artico, una fonte molto pregiata e con un profilo nutrizionale eccellente. Ho notato benefici reali dopo qualche settimana, soprattutto una maggiore concentrazione e un generale senso di benessere. Tuttavia, nonostante conservi il flacone in frigorifero come consigliato, un leggero retrogusto di pesce tende ogni tanto a tornare su. Nulla di grave, ma è il motivo per cui assegno 4 stelle anziché 5. Bon produit mais il faut prendre 6 capsules pour la dose recommandée et les capsules sont grandes donc à prévoir dans le quotidien. Sinon aucun soucis avec. Très bon produit.
