I used the have a similar device from Pampered Chef which was brilliant but this just doesn't compare. The cutting is not great. It takes a lot of effort to get an onion chopped finely. The cleaning is a nightmare. And the turning mechanism is all but non-existent after a few weeks, meaning you have to constantly move it by hand. On the same note, it's better than some others out there.

Device seems solid and well designed at first check. Then tried using it to chop onion, small red onion. Not an easy process at all. Cutter simply scored the layers leaving slabs of onion uncut. Disappointed with device. Would return it but got to excited and tossed the box. So will keep giving it a try and see if other food stuffs will cut better. Also cleaning it is not as shown in video that is promoted from YouTube. Getting the retainer free from around the blades is virtually impossible. Tried everything but nothing made any difference. It would not come free of device and blades.

To be honest this product appears to be a bit of a lightweight for the job it's supposed to do. Ive used it a few times now and a find that the chopped pieces of veg tend to get stuck between the cutter blades. An ongoing watch and wait for this item

This device worked well on the first two uses, on the third occasion the blades stopped revolving as they are supposed to do to ensure that items are chopped finely. It's pointless using the chopper without the blades revolving as food is unevenly chopped leaving large chunks of vegetables or nuts in amongst finer debris. It is also impossible to return the item for a refund as the QR code that is required to return the item will not scan.

The blades did not cut completely and when washing the item was a bit dangerous edge. I did not use it anymore ... I'm sorry to say it. It is very beautiful but it did not convince me.

Easy to use, does what it says and good value for money.
