I've been working on correcting my posture because of the back pain I've been in. This has been helping to slightly readjust my neck to be properly aligned. I've been using it for about a month now and it's significantly helped the burning pain stop in my back that I usually have. It's very firm so I can only use it for a short time but it's definitely relieving the pain. Highly recommend!

how did i live without it ?
its so helpful for me- I am petite and huge roll I used before was always hurting me - but this low profile half roll is perfect fit for my back and made my pains go away from the first use ! it will be travelling with me from now on !
