I used this after foot and ankle surgery. I was surprised at how comfortable the cuff was around my thigh. It kept my surgical sites completely dry and made showering possible. It was a lifesaver in the summer when going without a shower is unpleasant.

Received it soo quick. Thank you Amazon. I used it today and was little skeptical how it would fit. I was impressed. I wore over the boot and the edge stretches pretty good so fit perfect. Love it. Great product. It's great quality and stayed waterproof. Highly recommend if you in boot and have strict orders to stay in boot. I have been in boots for 2 weeks now and I wish I knew it earlier.

I'm a larger person with VERY wide calves and was concerned that this may not fit. But it did. It's a really good tight seal. Have used it for about 2 weeks so far and have kept my foot dry. It is very long and wide.

This product has completely exceeded our expectations. My husband’s cast stays completely dry. It’s easy to put on. It’s been used several times and continues to perform perfectly.

I ordered a size larger than my boot. It kept my foot dry and was easy to use. If you wound is sensitive you may want to get help expanding the silicone cuff however I didn’t have any problems. I have been using it every day for the last 4 weeks.

I tore my Achilles Tendon about 8 weeks ago and was in a cast, and then transitioned into a boot ...for about 2 weeks. It is miserable!!... and showering is hard enough without trying to keep the cast dry and not slip or fall, etc. This is my second injury of this type. I tore my other leg 10 years ago. So, this is NOT MY FIRST RODEO...with casts, boots, walkers, and a long slow recovery.Last time I used trash bags and ties...which leaked! Then, I bought an inflatable plastic boot cover that was supposed to create a water tight seal by evacuating the air from around your cast/boot....This leaked too. The cast got wet, which is not good...and water seeped down the liner of the boot...which was just annoying. But, at the time this was the best that was around. Trust me...I looked!But this time...Luckily...I found this plastic cover. I wear a 12D shoe, so with a boot or a cast...my foot is more like a 15D or 16D...which feels huge!....But, this cover is such a simple and ingenious design, that it doesn't matter at all. It consists of a large plastic ring at the top, approx. 12" across, which is clamped around the plastic material of the boot...no seams to leak at this ring connection. The boot itself is a thick opaque plastic, like a thick but flexible plastic shower curtain. It is quite strong. Then at the top there is a layer of flexible silicone plastic with a hole in the center. This opening stretches around the cast (easily!) or the boot (a bit more finesse is required here, but it fits well too). At the bottom is a plastic foot bed material that seems to be doubly thick and acts as a sole to the boot.I have used this cover everyday for the past 8 weeks and it looks brand new. I keep it in the bathroom and slip it. on and off when taking a shower. NO LEAKS AT ALL!I highly recommend that you also purchase a shower chair (I bought one on Amazon) to use in conjunction with this cover so that you will have standing, sitting, and leaning options while showering...because it gets exhausting standing on one leg like a flamingo...and trying not to slip, etc.After my last A/T experience, I ordered this cover, the chair, a knee walker, and crutch pads, from Amazon while I was still in the E.R. so I would get them ASAP. One last thought…I bought a second black boot liner in XL (Amazon, about $15-$20) to wear OVER the cast. I found this allows the boot to slide on much easier with abrading the silicone opening…which constitutes your watertight seal. This cover also acts as a protective layer and keeps the cast from rubbing against your other leg when sitting or sleeping …which will soon SAND OFF your skin in a week. This cover also keeps your exposed toes warmer, etc. Just a thought…🤷🏽‍♂️I am sorry that you find yourself in a position to need this product. I hope you recover quickly and that this review and the shower cover help make your day to day recovery tasks (like showering) a bit more tolerable...Good Luck! RS

Does its job. Stretches over my air cast easily and everything remained 100% dry! Easy to put on & take off. I’m 5’2” and my legs are nit big, BUT my cast is! I ordered the extra large half leg size. It fit easily around the cast and sealed well above my knee. PERFECT!

These were extremely easy to put on. My boots didn’t get wet when I showered with these on.

It was easier with 2 people to open up the silicone stretchy part to stick your foot in. I only used it with the lighter fibreglass cast and not the regular plaster. It was thick plastic and felt durable. I'd recommend using this instead of a garbage bag.I did wrap a towel around the leg opening 'just in case' but no leakage occured. I also measured my quad area where it would have fit. It was not overly tight or loose.It's a nice purchase that helped me resume some freedom but I hope to God I never have to use this product again.

I bought this for when I was showering after I had major knee and ankle surgery. It was the best investment ever! Super long. Seals well around your leg. Easy to put on. And quick delivery. So worth it
