I have this in my bag at all times. It is really good at soothing my throat and instantly stops my dry cough. God forbid you cough in the bus (because, you know, nobody coughs in the bus). I just pop one in my mouth and as per instructions, let it melt like candy. Stops the cough almost instantly. It’s not the best tasting, but it’s tolerable and the most important thing is that it works against dry cough that comes and goes for short periods.

These are really effective for dry tickley coughs and they taste lovely, slightly herbal. Much nicer than the sugar heavy sweet alternatives. I also suffer from a dry mouth and throat due to medication side effects, so these really help me.

Bronchostop Cough Pastilles, Pack of 20. Irritating, tickly cough? Throat keeps choking up? Lungs keep congesting? Thats what these pastilles tackle. They do provide instant relief. They allow speaking without coughing. They don't seem to cure anything (probably due to high fructose, which is sugar), but they make situations bearable. I avoid sugar, as it feeds bacteria, fungus & virus, but if suffering and desperate enough, then there is literally no choice, as there is no genuinely sugar absent products (as of July 2022). So, if using these long term, then do need to take daily probiotics to combat damage caused by sugar to the microbiome. It is a catch 22 situation, as the constant damp weather is causing fungal lung conditions, which cant be treated by antibiotics, but only by probiotics, yet these pastilles exacerbate conditions conducive for fungal growth. If desperate, then these pastilles really do help, they are excellent, but be aware of the consequences.

If you have a cough, these really will help you. It’s much better to suck on some sort of sweet creating lubricant for your throat to stop coughing. These are fantastic for bronchitis and to stop the cough. Just from experience, I find them very effective.

Didn’t make any difference for me

Have a bit of a cold at the moment - so I ordered these as I was coughing a bit. Didn't know what to expect from these as I've never used them before. One morning at about 3am, I woke up due to my coughing and couldn't get back to sleep because I would keep coughing (and had the ticking sensation at the back of my throat). I then sucked on 2 of these hoping they would work... And amazingly they did. I stopped coughing and managed to fall asleep! The flavour is awful - it's like a really sweet sickly taste, so if you're sensitive to bad tastes I would probably avoid these, but if you can handle it then it's definitely worth taking these. I'm probably being over dramatic here though... So glad I had these when I needed them. Will definitely be using these whenever I get coughs again. Also these apparently work with any type of coughs. I hate being asked "Is it a dry cough?" etc because I don't really know... All I know is that I'm coughing. Highly recommended. They are quite pricey but they are definitely worth it.

Love these! Got these the first time I was in London and was sick. All we could find at the airport pharmacy. They have a strong thyme flavor but I don't mind that. I take one especially at night, stick it to the top of my mouth and it basically dissolves over many hours but it really keeps my coughing at bay so my hubby can sleep. So glad we can get them on Amazon! They really work for me. I now keep a stock at our home all the time.

I first was introduced to these in England when i was getting a cough/ cold. they worked so well I make sure I have some available during cold season

No different than most lozenges. Refreshing thyme flavor. But so expensive, costing about a dollar per lozenge.

Great! Used it 2 different times and both times suppressed couch like a charm.

Very soothing and helpful for bad coughs.
