Well worth it
These are bright, slim, and easy to install. Also they are pretty cheap overall but aren't cheap looking in my opinion. Perfect for my basement and only thing I had trouble with was making sure the bracket was installed correctly so they mount straight.

Almost Perfect
These fixtures are super bright and the ability to change color temperatures is the best feature. I am a fan of warm light and the 3000K setting is perfect. The light they cast is very even and the lens blocks the appearance of the individual LEDs very well. Installation is fairly easy, however, there is one improvement they need to make in order to get square fixtures to be aligned correctly in the direction you want each of the four sides to face. The piece that you screw into the mounting holes in the outlet box in the ceiling needs to be adjustable so that you can rotate the mounting bracket in the correct direction so that when the fixture is attached to the bracket, the sides end up being in the direction you want them to be. If the fixture was round, not square, this obviously wouldn't be a problem. I ended up having to screw the bracket into the ceiling drywall instead of the junction box, not ideal at all. The other design flaw is the wires are way too short. Other than that, pretty good overall.

As a Realtor lighting inside your home is very important. The darker the interior the less desirable the pictures turn out. These lights can change an entire house especially when used in small rooms and hallways. They are very durable, light weight and the brightness is adjustable.
