Very Nice metal and powder coated
First, there is no ground wire and they are not UL rated. But otherwise, nice powder coated steel, white shiny coat inside.Thread the light bulb screw piece into the light shade so the screw sticks through. Then thread the metalic decorative piece. Then the plastic nut thing and screw onto light blub screw sticking out, which holds the light and gold metalic piece in place. (see pic) Then put the wood piece over that. Then the 2nd plastic screw thing so the skinnier part is down, then the ceiling cap, then the 2nd part of the plastic screw threads down. Tighten to set the length of the chord. Those two plastic pieces sandwich the ceiling cap. Then wire and tighten. Blue is common. Brown is power. I have an extra piece (see pic) and it doesn’t seem to make sense to go anywhere, so tossed that. It probably goes somewhere at the light screw but what I did seems secure.There were supposed to be temporary, but may keep them long term.

Great lighting solution
Easy to install. Very Bright light. We needed up changing to a warmer white LED option

Perfect for our kitchen
Durable, easy to install, works great. I wouldn't say it could light a big room completely. We also leave it on at night so we don't trip over our dogs toys and die on our way to the bathroom. But it works perfectly for a light over the sink.

These were not meant to be a permanent install but the client liked them so much they wanted to keep them.
