This closet system is well made and looks really nice. Instructions were pretty clear. Came with a few extra screws and such. Overall even though it took about 6 hours to put together at a very slow pace it was completely worth it.

I purchased two of these units to turn a bedroom into a walk in closet. Its not cheap but certainly cheaper than paying for some of the commercial closet systems.This was a beast to put together. You really should have two people, but I did much of it by myself. When my husband came to help it moved mych faster. It is super sturdy and looks beautiful. There are lots of options for hanging and shelves. That being said Im going to point out some of the struggles I had:There were a few dings and cracks. Otherwise the packaging was superior. The few little blemishes are easily concealed.I dont love the drawers and am not sure if they will hold up over time as the front are completely secured with cam locks amd feel a little wobbly already. The finish on the drawer front have some scratches and because its a leatherette type of material it shows greasy for some reason.The instructions for option D (left sided L) are wrong. I ended up taking it apart 3 times only to realize that you cant build it following the instructions as it will be inside out and backwards. Once I realized that I was fine but I lost an entire day of work due to this.I would still buy this again just for the sheer stability and aesthetics of the unit.

Very large and heavy rack. Both of those things are good. Took my wife and I 6 hours to assemble. Be sure you build it in the room it will stay in as it is a lot to move when assembled. Directions are fairly easy to follow. Finished product has some parts that do not line up as well as they could but fine for the intended use. I would recommend for someone that needs storage of this size.

Could not believe how well built and sturdy this product was. The look was good and it fitted into our closet space great. Would have been nice had they included shoe racks in their design, but great overall

Make sure you have lots of time and patients. Once it’s together it’s a nice quality item but instructions for install are horrible. If you’re not good at putting things together please pass. My top shelf also came cracked in half after I removed all items out of box I had to super glue it together and tape it because I was not about to box up to boxes and send back.

Easy to assemble, holds more than I had anticipated and keeps everything organized nicely

A little difficult to assemble. The quality is good other than one of the uprights was damaged before i took it out of the box.
