Came really quickly and it’s really pretty. Looks great in my kitchen. Holds a triple roll of paper towels comfortably, and I like the ratcheting rod so you can easily get just one piece off at a time. I can slide the roll over the top without having to unscrew anything.Very easy to screw the base on. It’s pretty sturdy too! Doesn’t tip over when pulling a sheet off. Has a rubber bottom so it holds on to the counter good. Overall I think it’s a great value for the price. It’s easy to clean as well. Taking the empty roll off was easy too. Overall I’d say it performs very well.

This is a great paper towel holder. The base is nicely weighted so there is no sliding on the counter when you pull off the paper towel. My son has a paper towel holder that has the arm on the side. I have to hold onto it to rip off the paper towel. With this one, I simply grab the towel with one hand and tear it off. The paper towel roll fits snuggly on the interior frame. I wasn’t sure how this was going to work but the interior frame spins. I have tried many paper towel holders and returned them because they didn’t hold the paper towel tight, you had to remove the top to replace the paper towel, or the base was too small and wouldn’t fit the rolls I buy. This paper towel holder has a nice, simple design. It goes very nicely in my modern farmhouse kitchen. I like that the roll fits over the top making it quick and easy to change the roll out when empty. I’m very happy to receive a good quality product from this seller.

I was pleasantly surprised at the sturdiness of this product. It was so easy to assemble and went together perfectly (no wiggle or jiggle). The mechanism works perfectly making it easy to pull a single paper towel off neatly. The bottom has a nice padded layer so it won't scratch or mark your countertops. The black matte surface goes great with our cabinet hardware.It is a great value.

I have had other paper towel holders similar to this one(not this brand) that worked well and I liked. When my last one finally gave up the ghost I decided to try this one from Amazon. I am happily surprised! It actually works better than my previous ones which were more expensive. This one has a nice heavy base making it very easy to tear off what you need without having to hold the dispenser down with your other hand. Holds regular and large rolls equally well. Very attractive and the price is certainly right. I would highly recommend this product and would definitely buy again when needed.

At first I thought the center rod was flimsy. But this feel really sturdy. The base is wide and heavy. It does not move or shake when you grab paper towels (my other one did and it was annoying). You also don’t need to unscrew the top to reload, as with some you have to.

I’ve been looking for display stands for my Star Wars Mandalorian helmets. I wanted stands that were beefy and masculine, yet looked nice too. These paper towel holders are perfect. They are very nice and weigh enough so I don’t worry about the helmets falling over. I just ordered 2 more for more helmets I’ll be receiving in the future. I grew up in a small business household and the letter included with the product was a nice touch. My wife and I love the holders so much we might order more in the future for their intended purpose. But if you have a helmet collection like I do- buy this product for the display stands.

The workmanship and materials are great for the price, It holds jumbo size paper towels and does not tilt or top over when ripping out a sheet. Simple, elegant looking, portable and well built. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Was hesitant to order as I had a perfectly good towel holder except that pulling one sheet off the roll often made a mess of extra paper towels flying off. It was often a waste of paper and especially in this economy, with costs so high, items need to work as expected. This product is built well and does Exactly what it says it will do, the ability to pull one piece off at a time. It works perfectly each time.! Transaction was simple and safely shipped. Enjoy!

First time buying a paper towel holder like this. I really like the design. The product is heavy, sturdy and well built. Honestly it's a great value for the price. The company does a great job introducing who they are as well. My only advice for them (and this isn't enough to take a star off, still 5/5 for me) is to add more info in the manual on how to tighten the ratchet. I may have missed that though, I've been wrong before!

This is a very sturdy product.. it actually works one-handed! It keeps the roll tight per se with the way it’s post is designed. And as long as not too much of the paper role has unrolled before you pull, pull fast and straight down , works perfectly to rip one sheet off with one hand. A fantastic deal for the price. This countertop paper towel holder works well. The ratchet system's resistance and weight is enough to allow for easy one-handed tear (as long as you know how to tear properly with one hand, of course). It's easier to tear the paper towel with one hand when the roll is full, or at least enough paper still remaining, because there is enough combined weight with the holder and roll to help keep it steady. Once the roll is almost empty, you may need to hold the top of the holder to keep it still. Also, make sure the pole is tightly screwed into the base as it can come loose during multiple operations.
