Good variety
I really enjoyed this sample pack. You get 4 different blends in 4oz bags. I enjoyed each blend, not too acidic and they were mild, not very bold. I like that this has small bags of each so you can taste test and figure out which flavor is best suited for you. Would make a great gift for any coffee lover!

Great Coffee Set
This coffee set arrived beautifully packed- could easily be gifted just as it arrived. While I love coffee, I wouldn't describe myself as coffee nerd by any means- I just enjoy a great cup of coffee. The set coming with different flavors makes it easier to sample and find out what you like best. I found the sizes of the bags perfect- enough to make a few cups with my hand grinder and v60 pour over. The roast date was also printed directly on the bag, which I appreciated. While I'm reviewing this a while after purchasing, if I recall correctly, the roast date was only 2-3 weeks prior to receiving it- so very fresh! The price is a little higher than some, but the arrangement and display makes it very special, and it supports a small business!

Bean & Bean offers a sampler of 4 excellent coffees
My only regret about having the opportunity to review this 4 coffee sampler is that the bags are small, and given the high quality of the coffee that each bag contains, they will soon be empty. There is nothing as poignant as staring at an empty bag that once contained an excellent coffee. Bean & Bean is a New York company: family-owned and started by a Korean-American mother and daughter back in 2008, when they opened their first shop. Their coffees are excellent examples of the roaster's art and are well worth seeking out if you're as big a fan of premium coffees as I am.The 4 coffees included in this sampler are Bean & Bean's Downtown Blend, Peru Las Damas, Ethiopia Sidamo and Indonesia Koperasi Kopi Gayo, which is a women’s cooperative producing this Indonesia Sumatra coffee. Downtown Blend can probably best be described as their house coffee and it's excellent, featuring tasting notes of chocolate and (to me at least) hazelnuts. The Peru Las Damas has notes of unsweetened chocolate, citrus and toffee. My two favorite coffee regions are both in this sampler: Sumatra and Ethiopia. The Ethiopia has everything I prize about their coffee. It has an elegant presentation with a distinctly floral flavor, coupled with notes of citrus and light honey. If you've never sampled the coffees of Ethiopia, this is a good one to try. The final coffee sample is Indonesia Sumatra. Featuring full-bodied flavor that's both rich and deep, some of the best coffees that I've ever sampled are from Sumatra. This one is plummy, with hints of cherry, almonds and walnuts, and notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. It's an excellent introduction to what makes Indonesia Sumatra such a highly regarded coffee. This 4 coffee sampler is definitely giftable (it comes in a nice gift box) but you'll probably want to keep it for yourself.

A nice gift for a coffee lover
The coffee arrived in a simple but tasteful package, and each flavor smells great. I wasn’t able to pick up all the flavor notes, but each was distinctive. I tried to pick a favorite, but they were all good. However, I would consider this to be a light roast, not a medium. I usually use a medium roast, but with this coffee I had to grind it much finer and use quite a bit more to get close to the strength I am used to. However, I still think that this would be a nice gift for a coffee lover (who you know has a grinder). Even though it didn’t quite work for me, I would have enjoyed getting it as a gift. Given the high price, this isn’t something you’d want to buy for yourself on a regular basis, but as a gift it’s fine.

Great sampler product!
I really enjoyed this product. I am a self described coffee snob. I enjoy fresh roasted beans that I use various methods to make including Aeropress, mokapot, v60 pour over and a Moccamaster drip machine if I'm feeling lazy. All 4 of these made a delicious cup of coffee regardless of the brewing method. I'm a stickler about this but in the world of specialty coffee the roasted on date needs to be on the bag. Many coffees I've tried on Amazon do not do this. These all had a roast on date and it was a very reasonable one considering the logistics involved with selling on Amazon. If you aren't super into coffee and none of what I'm talking about matters to you, it's still a great product as you're very likely to produce a good cup no matter what you are doing with it. It's very giftable as well. I would say I like the Ethiopian beans best but they were all good. The price point is spot on. All in all this is a fantastic product.

I'm in love with the Coffee!!
A great value coffee sampler pack with 4oz of coffee, 16 total, so worth it! All the different blends are medium roast made with a variety of flavors that are all really good! Might be one of the best coffee gift sets I've gotten.Breaking down all the flavors of my totally professional taste testing:➤Starting with the Downtown blend this has a nutty flavor backed with herbal spices, and as someone who doesn't love many things herbs, this was a surprise and had a nice relaxing experience drinking this. No strong aftertaste, just a nice smooth blend.➤The Peru Las Damas is my favorite having notes of chocolate & caramel with lemon & orange. These flavors mix really nice together and tastes even better with chocolate syrup.➤The Indonesia Sumatra has a lot of cinnamon in it, almost having a bitter first taste then calming down. The Cherry could be stronger, not bad but not my fav.➤The Ethiopia Sidamo blends biggest flavor is the Jasmine, backed by honey and lemon. It tastes pretty similar to the downtown blend, also kind of like a more nutty tea. This might be my least fav but it's still pretty solid.100% worth a try with all of these and imma finish each one!
