The product is something I will use again. I lost weight, bowel movement was better and I seemed to gain more energy. I am using other supplements so can not say this product was an energy producer. Still the idea that you can eliminate stuck stool is a benefit. The product arrive within a few days of ordering it. No side affects.

I’ve tried a few activated charcoal supplements before, but this one from NaturaLife Labs has been the most effective so far. The capsules are easy to swallow, don’t have any weird flavor, and I noticed relief pretty quickly after taking them.

My son 6yrs was throwing up, if he drank water, he would throw it up. Whatever went in his tummy he couldn’t keep down. I had him drink a capsule of this I put it in a little water and he drank it. If you want your hands black with charcoal - this is your product. Seems to work well but messy when handling.
