Great as dumpling dipping sauce
I use this to make homemade fried rice and was very happy with the way that it taste. It has a sweet, but salty taste, but it’s not overly salty. You can taste the green onion and the ginger in it. I like that it has lower sodium. This could also be used as a dipping sauce for dumplings or egg rolls.
