The cup is good. It works good. The only downfall is the lid is way too loose. The seller needs to be notified in regards of this. Would like another lids also, the straw only lasted a couple days and snapped in half very poor quality. The seller needs to be notified in regards to this. You can’t even notify the seller on here. You can only do a review now I’m gonna have to fork money out of my own pocket to buy a real metal straw. That’ll work better than that crappy plastic one the lid even sucks we we people please get the word out

this cup is so cute. i originally bought it for my cousins girlfriend, but when it came and i actually saw it in hand i fell wayyyy more in love with it than the photos!!! it is super cute and i love the lid and straw, i had to buy another one for my best friend who love hello kitty!!!! if you’re hesitant, definitely get this it’s worth it! feels same quality as an insulated starbucks tumbler.

strong material doesn’t easily dent when dropping adorable design my straw came a little bent i won’t lie but other then that this cup is a must for the hello kitty girls. easy to clean and keeps my drinks warm and cold all day and night.

The is cute cup however it is not leak proof. It is quite durable and easy to clean. Has some insulation on the cup but the lid could be better. Overall it's a great value for the price.

I like this. It is perfect for a Birthday gift.

Love this cup I wasn’t sure when I bought it figured it wouldn’t keep my tea hot for any length of time boy was I wrong it’s one of the best cups I’ve bought keeps my drinks hot for hours. Would definitely buy this again well worth the money.
