My #1 Go-To for Beef
I am a relatively experienced smoker and I've just about stopped experimenting with rubs for beef - this one is it. SO good on steaks and honestly makes a chuck roast unbelievable. This is so yummy! I put in on chicken thighs i fried And everyone loved it. Several don't like or drink coffee so don't let that scare you off. It is just a great combo or seasoning!
