Great book to learn to play the Piano. I am a beginner and I am doing quite well using these books.

I've worked my way through all three of the books in this series and it has given me the confidence to attempt more difficult music reading. I am really enjoying playing all sorts of tunes on my keyboard now. I have used it to teach myself piano though, as it is my ambition to own a piano one day! I like the way the chords are illustrated. You can understand them at a glance, and at the end of the book they are shown altogether on one page. I copied this and stuck it above my keyboard as an invaluable reminder. I am glad I bought this series of books.

I am learning keyboard lessons & my music teacher told me to buy these books. I am the beginner & learn these music books later.

Easy to follow with fingering, Beatles music is not always easy due to chord changes, but a great book

First had this book from libuary, got on with it so well decided to purchase it, was a complete beginner to music and a keyboard and learnt lots and use this book continously. PS dont expect miracles with the book though! have now discovered it takes hours and hours/weeks/months of pratice and hard work to even start to follow and be able to play a simple song, there is no short cut even with this excelent book.

I am a "play by ear" person and was looking for a way of learning to read music "without tears" and this series is helping me enormously. Like everything, it takes time and patience and being able to play reasonably well makes it harder to play the simple melodies that are given as exercises. I would recommend this to any keyboard player who would like to learn how to read music in an enjoyable way.

A very helpful book

Arrived quickly & is exactly what I wanted.Regarding this book, it is great for younger students, but the print size has been reduced since the original CKP book 3, so if wanted for a mature student I would prefer to use the old version books as print is larger.This book is graded, so as you go through the book, the pieces get harder.Hope this helps.

Un buen diseño de metodología para aprender. Te va complicando la vida de forma muy amena.

J'ai les trois volumes ; la méthode est très progressive et les morceaux sont tirés du répertoire pop, rock folk récent. Ce point est à souligner car en général les méthodes de ce type puisent dans le répertoire traditionnel et ce n'est pas très excitant. Ici l'auteur fait un réel effort ; en contrepartie les morceaux ne sont pas complets mais bon c'est déjà bien... De plus toutes les indications de registration de rythme et de tempo sont données à chaque fois. Le CD est également utile si vous ne maîtrisez pas le solfège.

Die Noten zu den 19 Liedern der Beatles sind absolut unvollständig - jeweils maximal 2 Seiten pro Lied, egal wie viel Seiten nötig wären. Der Druck ist teilweise katastrophal ( unleserlich; Noten, die in ihren Linien verschoben sind: Wie soll man das spielen? ). Zum Spielen der Lieder nicht zu gebrauchen, herausgeworfenes Geld. Selbst 1 Stern ist noch zu viel!
