I been having this multivitamin for two to three months and I must say the its a very good vitamin tablet its helps me to get energy and get along with my life, but the only thing I don't like it is the smell it makes me almost throw up well atleast for me, so if you don't like strong smell then this is not for you.

Great alternative to Forcival
I was looking for an alternative to Forcival and have found these supplements to be just as good. On checking the ingredient list they are more or less the same, and I have had no problems with them. This is my second batch - which provides 6 months of the supplements that I need. I would recommend this as an alternative to Forcival.
