W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout Mini Trapper Knife

I received this knife today. As always Case Cutlery is of an above average quality, thats why it gets two stars. The reason I would pay this premium price for a mini trapper is, of course, that it is a gift for my son after having completed his Eagle Scout rank advancement. When I opened the box my heart sank. The actual Eagle Scout Logo and lettering inlay is illegible due to its micro size. It is glaringly small. You need a magnifying glass to read. Embarrassing for such a prestigious award. Case, BSA, you should rethink this premium memento that is to be given to a young man for such an honorable achievement.

This was a pretty good Knife it was sharp and very usable but IN leg of the Eagle scout fell out the 2nd time I used it While skinning a deer the knife didn't stay sharp very long

This knife is an excellent product. My son an Eagle scout absolutely loves this collectible knife. He is going to Treasure It.

Nicely made but the eagle emblem is small.
