1) Arrive in a compact, densely packed and heavier than you think box. Everything was wrapped in plastic. Instructions were ckear and everything was easily identifiable. Easy to put together quickly.2) Very adjustable in both height and width. Readily fit over a "hugh" ADA compliant stool.3) Safety features include rubber tips for carpet with removable suction cups for hard floors. After putting it in place and pushing down the suction cups keep it from moving, tipping, or rocking. Tested by both a 84 yo 85 lbs/5 ft woman and a 330 lbs 6'4" man. No movement or concern for either.4)Grab areas have foam for comfort. Note: these may be hard to keep sanitary but seem to be cleanable with wipes for now.We are very pleased.

I bought this as I recovered from a fall and needed support getting up and down from the toilet. It works very well. It is well engineered and easy to assemble. I did not choose to use the suction feet but it still is pretty sturdy. Would recommend.

It was easy to put together, the foam for back is kind of ridiculous and cheap, it looks like packing material and I will probably throw away.. i wish i would of spent 20 or 30 dollars more and bought better quality and more stable safety Rail .... It works for now and that helps but feels kinda wonky and flimsy in my opinion .... i don't have a lot of confidence in its stability and safety unfortunately...... I might have to purchase a better Quality Unit......

Easy to put together. Sturdy .helps to stand up. the back could be flat instead of rounded.

The safety rail is great for my husband. He has Parkinson’s Disease and has balance issues. This really helps him because the rails help him getting up and down. Very sturdy. He weighs 195 lbs and it supports him very well.

Very easy to assemble. Can use suction cup feet or rubber feet. Fits perfectly on our toilet. I weigh 300 pounds and this seat assist is made of strong metal

It is not as rigid as we thought. My husband has a broken hip and relies on the grab bar part to get up and down but they are very wobbly.
