Starter Replacement
I bought this starter for my Mercury Grand Marquis for (2) basic reasons :1) The price was the best I could find on the internet.2) This part was "NEW" and not remanufactured.The shipping was free and came in (2) days earlier than expected.I would purchase from this site again !Happy so far !

Works good. No easy to install on a 2007 lincoln town car takes around 2 hours.

says it works in 1998 expedition 4wd 5.4L, and it did fit and work at first. It started cranking slower after a week, then seemed to hardly crank for the first second then would speed up so the engine would start. The engine also seemed to become hard to start and required about 4 or 5 seconds of cranking. then after about 6 weeks (2 weeks past the Warranty) it died. the solenoid still clunks but the motor does not spin. They dont say if this is rebuilt or new, but I should have known since it is half the price of a rebuilt duralast. I replaced it with a duralast gold and WOW what a difference. it cranks way faster, and the engine usually starts in less than 2 seconds.

Good replacement for for my crown Victoria, yet to write any reviews if something comes up. My car started back up fresh after I thought it was my battery.
