I have a 25-year old cedar fence and have had to replace several of the posts as they've rotted out in the ground over the years. This is a major time, work and money saver compared with replacing an entire post.It includes all the hardware, drill bits, and a small level. All you need is a hammer and a drill. After installing this, the loose post is now the most sturdy along the whole fence.

Half of my fence broke due to Hurricane Beryl, 4 posts to be exact. These allowed me to bring that half back up and held it back in place. A very good temporary solution.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this, but it was easy to install and even came with a level, drill bit, and drill attachment. It's nice and sturdy, and it's should hold for a while. I'm very happy I don't have to replace my whole fence for a few years. The contractor that helped me apply it was very impressed. He just needed to provide the drill.

We have very rock soil here. These allow you to avoid the concrete around the broken post, and any smaller rocks you encounter. Big rocks will always be a problem but this really helps. One of these units let me stabilize one post which could have been a problem if I didn't fix it before windy season. Now I don't have to dig out the old post and my fence can last a few more years until it's replaced. YAY!I am surprised how well this worked. The unit withstood merciless pounding with a 3-lb drill hammer. I hit a rock and couldn't get past it. So I adjusted the slider and got the spike well-seated in the dirt. The only problem I had was that one of the screws for the upright busted off at the head. So either reduce your torque or buy better screws. Still five stars.
