we turned our garage into a bedroom and this unit works perfectly for that space. it cools and heats really well, keeps the room super comfortable, and runs quietly. installation was pretty straightforward and it’s been reliable so far. definitely worth it for the price and quality.

I purchased an 18,000 BTU Goodman split AC mini system on Amazon and had professionals install a new 240 electric service to the site and to install the system on August 4, 2025. It has been cooling my garage for a full month now with zero issues. I believe I saved about $1,000 of the cost of having the same AC unit purchased directly from a local A/C company

Nice n quiet...easy install

FANTASTIC! Installed 2 of these by myself with no AC experience. What I do have is tools and knowledge and Youtube. I purchased 200 worth of ac install equipment plus the wiring, conduit, line set covers, and breakers to complete the install. Units have been installed for several months now and work great. 2 complete ac systems installed for under 2000. Yeah baby!

Absolutely impressive instructions, ease of installation and hook up. I had a friend pull vacuum but I was already a go. Fantastic buy for the money, quiet and fast cooling.

Product arrived all in rack. I had a pro I stall and wire it. If you are a homeowner you’d probably have a problem bc lines aren’t pre charged and has to be vacuumed to get out air. But it works great and installs easy. Maybe get a person who does it in the side and you will be in business was. Unit so far is great. Work well

Everything works as it should, and everything came with it that was supposed to. Time will tell with the rest. I believe it was a solid purchase.

Negative Review is for the Seller Heat & Cool. I purchased Two (02) Mini Split systems. 1). Upon Delivery the Shipper left the Pallet with 2 Orders in my Driveway where no vehicle could pass. 2). I wasn't able to check and or sign for the order. 3). Several boxes on the Pallet were damaged. 4). Delivery service said they would call me with 30 min notice of delivery. Received call with no notice but to verify correct address location. When I arrived 15 minutes later it was in my driveway and shipper was gone. 5). Installation Kits were not received. 6). Seller Argued and Questioned me multiple times about not receiving the Installation Kits until I proved them wrong with their own picture of the Outgoing Pallet Order from their Warehouse. 7). When I received the Two (02) Replacement Installation Kits a). the boxes were opened due to not being secured properly. b). the drain hoses are not the hoses pictured in the advertisement Amazon Listing. CONCLUSION: In the middle of a hot summer with a broken AC System I was forced to pay extra on Installation Parts (which didn't come with the Orders as advertised) and Labor for 2 days for a HVAC Contractor to Install the 2 Systems. Which should've been 1 day installation with the correct Installation Kit. Buyers need to understand there will likely be Problems with: the Delivery, Communication with the Seller, and receiving wrong Installation Kit as per my experience. Outside of dealing with the Seller Heat & Cool. The Goodman Mini Split System appears to be working good. The Goodman Label is on the Units but Daikin is on the Systems Serial Number, Make, and Model Label. So this is Daikin Made with Goodman Name on the Outside Casing. Daikin is considered top of the line in Mini Splits. Reading the Goodman website tends to make people think they're made at the Goodman Facility in USA, located in Texas. But the labels on my units read Made in Malaysia. I don't usually leave feedback, but when I do it's BUYER BEWARE.
