Very low quality
This carport blew over the first day we put it up, bending the frame irreversibly. Since we bought in winter and just put it up, we are out the total cost. Incredibly disappointing. Buyer beware. The "tarp" is thin and rips if you look at it the wrong way. The securing stakes are maybe good enough for a two person tent. Save your money.

Missin and a polly flaw s and quality controll or design issue
Arrived sooner than expected ,we were very pleased .We found that an essential corner tie down loop was missing right where the prevailing side is on the top tarp. There is a flaw in the poly top that will likely be a problem .I will try to figure out a way to secure the structure ,and will tape the tarp .Over all it was easy to put up for two 75 year olds .Winter is about to hit here in Northern Michigan so there id some concern about tarp tape holding up on that flaw .It was up before we could see the unravel so we didn't return .I will try to update as winter hits and destroys or the repair holds .The end panels are held on with Velcro that is not sewn on correctly so only a bit of it actually is able to stick .This is another quality control issue .If you are not handy you may want to look for an updated review to see company response .I think that we can figure out ways around these issues but many couldn't .I don't write reviews as a rule so I hope this helps you and the company . Up date today we had a bit of wind and the end tarp tore .Not good in two days

Poor customer service !
The main thing is trying to get a hold to the service department the way they tell you to did not get a response for nearly 6 days later. Emailing twice a day. There is a 4 inch see-through damaged top. It needs to be replaced. Some of the Velcro straps were sold on backwards That attached to the polls not a big deal you can make it work. One zipper would hang halfway up. They are sending me a new pop now could be 15 days or longer due to the factory is slow.

Poor quality of cover. Not the same as the pictures.
The zippers are low quality but the main two issues are the overall quality is low there is no way to attach the walls to the polls on the back and front without the low quality velcro staps so it does not stay on in even the slightest breeze. And the flap it shows all around the bottom is not there so there is no way to weigh the bottom down allowing wind to get up under the whole cover. It's not even long enough to sit on the ground and cover with gravel or sand. Unless you are putting it inside it should be a hard pass.

Save yourself some headaches and pass on this one
While Amazon did refund 30%, right out of the box the top had cuts in it like it was sliced through sever layers when it was folded. One of the poles was also missing the clip that holds the assembly together from the end. The fabric itself is thin and weak. The first wind that hit it ripped the eyelets out of one side and the Velcro that holds the ends to the frame right off the fabric. The Harbor Freight carport is much higher quality than this one. There is nothing heavy duty about it. If you plan to park a car in it, you might just find you are safer damage wise to just park it outside.

Poor quality
The media could not be loaded. The end sections use poor quality Velcro imitation straps that tear rip out with the first heavy wind and the company doesn’t warrant their product for very long. I wasn’t able to set mine up immediately after it arrived and the warranty basically ran out while it was still in the box and ripped the next day after it was assembled. I received the carport Dec 28, set it up Feb 24, 2024. It first ripped on the 25th. Video was on 27th, tried using it without the sides and it lasted until March 3 and it collapsed . The seller will not follow up!

The Canopy is not Heavy Duty!
I opened the boxes and went through the checklist and found that the frame was sturdy but the canopy materials are very thin. I don't know how they can call it Heavy Duty when, if I were to put it up during this winter it would have torn apart in our 30 plus miles an hour winds. The frame would have been left standing only if I weighted the corners down with concrete blocks. I chose not to install it until I can find the proper place to act as a wind break because the canopy materials are so thin, not heavy duty.

Nothing like the picture-several other problems
The cover is just a plastic tarp. Nothing like the listing on Amazon. Several (4) of the connection parts were dented-not the middle of the pole but the ends that have to be inserted into another end. My husband is kind of a Maguiver so we got it figured out - pounded it to get it to fit. The poles fit together with a push button device at each end but one of the poles was missing the push button connector device. That had to be a manufacturer flaw. We duct taped it. As you can see we got it up but it wasn’t a pleasant process. I try to give good reviews because I know a lot of the time problems are user related but with this car port, the quality just was lacking. Addendum: to be fair, it was a rather wet snow but the collapse just confirms the serious quality concerns I expressed at the time of the set-up.
