We were looking for something lightweight for summertime that was also oversized since my husband and I fight over the sheets in our sleep. This was just as advertised! The coverlet is pulled up all the way to the head of the bed and is still long enough to reach the floor at the foot of the bed. There’s plenty of room on each side as well. This coverlet is polyester material and is soft to the touch. Basically microfiber.One over thing we like is the pattern is just pressed on and not sewn. We have a cat so we don’t have to worry as much about her claws pulling threads.

I really like this coverlet it’s very lightweight and covers my king size bed very well! This is the 3rd time I have purchased this bed cover it really hangs low enough on the bed.

Very Pretty!!! but would be better if was116x106 or 118x108 to hang a little lower on the sides. to cover mattresses on both sides of bed. Very rich deep color. Very good price. Fairly happy with this purchase! But will probably return for one that covers king size bed.

I love this coverlet but you definitely need another blanket if you get cold at night. It’s soft and way bigger than I thought. My husband and I aren’t playing tug of war with the blankets at night anymore!

Exactly what I was hoping for.

I got this as it says it is pet friendly. It's great as my puppy hasn't scratched to get it fluffed. The color (navy blue) is great. However, I thought the print was thread; but it's kind of like a dark gray plastic imprint. The thing my husband doesn't like is the side does not reach don't to the ground like a regular bedspread. It comes about 2-4 inches below the mattress which leaves the box spring exposed. The other reason I got it was it is for all weather use. It had been hot here and the bedspread was comfortable. It has been cooler the past few mornings and the bedspread was comfortable with warmth. I can't wait to try our next color bedspread.

The short:This coverlet & pillow sham set is GREAT! Color and fabric are as described. Fits a king sized bed perfectly.The long:Coverlet and shams are a deep, navy blue. Coverlet drapes nicely over a king size bed and shams fit king sized pillows.Size: Side to side, overhang for this coverlet covers the sides of the mattress, down to the top of the bed skirt. Head to foot, it covers from the head board down to the middle of the bed skirt at the foot of the bed.Design and Feel: Design on the coverlet isn't woven in but instead appears pressed. Still looks very nice. Right out of the package the fabric is soft, not scratchy, but it is a little stiff. I washed the coverlet and shams as directed (Wash cold water. Tumble dry, low.) and the fabric really softened up and drapes nicely over the bed. Did not shrink in the dryer. I am so pleased to be able to wash this comforter in my washer/dryer at home and not have to make a trip to the laundromat once/twice a month.Weight & Warmth: Other reviewers are correct that this coverlet is very light. At night, if you maintain a warmer temperature or if you usually get hot while sleeping, this coverlet, on it's own, will be perfect for you. If you're like me and like to keep the house cool at night and like your covers to have a little bit of weight to them, you may want to add an extra blanket under this coverlet. I added a light, plush blanket between my sheet and the coverlet and the warmth/weight are perfect.Let me preface this next comment by saying that I am a big fan of Target and their brands. For bedding needs, I will usually check their selection first before looking anywhere else. Before I purchased the Mellanni coverlet, I purchased the "Threshold - Vintage Washed Solid Quilt (King)" from Target. I was not pleased with the size (barely covered the top of the bed; no overhang at all.) or the color of the Target quilt, so it was returned. The Mellanni Coverlet set feels just as nice, actually fits a King sized bed AND is half the price.Cannot recommend this set enough!

This is the 2nd coverlet I have ordered. I love the quality, the stitching is very nicely done, and I can machine wash it. We have a king size bed and have PLENTY of overhang on each side. I highly recommend this product.
