Can you use this along with a usb mouse in win10??? i have a nice gaming logitech g502 usb mouse that occasionally experiences severe lag / freezeup

The mouse is a plug and play device, so it uses the default Windows setup. If you don't install any mouse driver on your computer, then both mouse will be working fine. If you install the 3rd party mouse driver, there may have some compatibility issues. After you uninstall the mouse driver and restart the computer, everything should be working fine.
