Sturdy and easy to install

I got these to replace the old brittle plastic ones that were on my boat. As long as you have the correct size you should be good. If you do have the plastic ones that fit inside the tubes keep in mind that these fit on the outside of the tube.

The finish on these look great. They are pretty beefy and have some weight to them. Fitment is good. I’d recommend adding some blue locktite to ensure it doesn’t get loose while out on the water. The items came individually wrapped in bubble wrap and stuck in a bubble wrap envelope. I think a box would’ve offered more protection but it didn’t come damaged anyways. Great upgrade instead of having plastic ends that get brittle and crack over time.

These 1" Eye ends are heavy duty and highly polished. They fit on the end of 1" tubing and can bolt to a flat or side mount plate, split jawslide or a universal deck hinge. They include set screws and a hex key wrench for quick and easy installation. Nice!These fittings are ideal for sailboat and powerboat railings. Comparing the price to similar fittings, one is saving about 30%.

Good solid metal connector (I have had the nylon type connectors break in the past). Nice bright finish.My only recommendation would be to have a slightly longer set screw to make it more secure but that is not enough to discount its quality and value.

When it comes to imported stainless parts, it's usually a mixed bag. Sure, you can same some money, but regret often sets in as soon as you open the package. Check the pictures I'm including. The cap ends are these bimini fittings, I'm pairing them to some other high quality surface mount hinge fittings I already use. The finish on these caps are fantastic. Actually, everything about them is about as good as it gets. The 7/8" size is perfect for my 7/8" aluminum tubing. If you aren't sure how to measure for these fittings, do look it up (every now and then I see people ranting about size issues, when they are the ones that made a mistake... the parts were exactly what they were supposed to be).I really appreciate how straight the finish is on these, there's no waviness, nothing uneven about them, not a single grind mark. The set screw holes don't look like they had been hacked in with an axe and the included hex wrench seems to be of stainless, as well, and nicely finished. It's hard to beat the $25 price tag. Go check these fittings out at your local boat shop or marine supply store. You'll find these from Laorde are less than half the price and as nice as you'll find anywhere. I'll gladly order again..

The bimini top on my paddleboat used plastic connectors that were cracked and stretched. These stainless connectors don't crack or stretch, hold the tubes very well, and stay in place and looking nice forever. A great upgrade. Be sure to order the correct diameter.

I needed to replace two end fittings on my sailboat bimini support. These fittings arrived well packaged and in good condition. I was pleasantly surprised by the finish on these as they are very smooth and well polished. They appear to be made of high quality stainless steel. Even better, they fit perfectly onto the 1 inch support tubes that were supporting the bimini. I've had some poor quality fittings that corroded in the past, but from appearances these should hold up to the elements well. Very satisfied!!
