I had one of these from another company back when I was running 10k and half marathons and probably paid 3x as much - but really, anyone with muscle aches should have one of these things. Recently I went pecan picking on the side of a hill - I outlasted everyone else, but all that time squatting and standing and climbing and squatting over and over was probably 5x what you'd do at the gym and my legs paid for it the next day - I hated the stairs.I couldn't find my regular roller and the big one I use is in storage so I bought this little guy as a quick fix - it arrived quickly and oh man, my glutes and leg muscles were in painful bliss as it rolled over them - it hurts, but that good kind of hurt like going to a masseuse. It'll roll out those aches and help ease the pain.I was surprised by the quality of this thing for the price - definitely a good deal.

I’ve had this product for about 1 year. Although sometimes I don’t use it regularly enough, it’s top quality. The rollers are wood. The handles plastic with good hand grips. It’s very durable and accurate at the intention. I love this tool. My friend even made a positive comment on the quality and appearance. It does the job. My body feels much better each time I use it.

I've been using this to loosen up my calf muscles and ease some of my tightness and pain. I am continuing to use this but it definitely feels good when you are rolling it across your muscles. It is simple and easy to use and very lightweight.

The product was well worth the money. If you're looking for a soft muscle roller this is not for you. This roller will hurt but in a good way! Gets deep in the tissue.
