Machine does not produce any warm, what ever intensity you use..when I complain toh costumer service they ask me to do water droplet test it’s fail.. they ask me to send machine back..then they send me a video saying it’s working completely fine & send it back to me..when I receive it it was damage & the same problem continuous..I just wasted my money..no warmth…no tingling sensation

The product is world-class. Portability makes it really easy to carry anywhere. Also the instructions manual is almost self explanatory.The product build quality is very premium.And treatment does work from day 1.Also the USG gel provided with it was amazing, not the usual watery flowly types provided with other USG machines.Small size of the machine does not compromise with it's Performance.I already have one combo TENS and USG machine and one standalone USG, but I loved this one the most.For it's price it's worth it.

I bought this device after suffering from chronic pain in my elbows and forearms for months. I was skeptical at first, but after using it for a few weeks, I can say that it really works. I had an ultrasonic machine from ultra gears, used it for 3 years and found this one which was more handy. However here are some of the issues once I purchased this product at a much higher cost compared to the rest of the products available and hence expected a quality product1- packaging - the product was not sealed , it was wrapped and shabbily heated plastic wrap , the sticker sealing the box was open2 - the product does not work. All the lights and functions light up. However the product does not produce any ultrasonic when tried to use.3 - product should be quality checked before dispatch especially around such equipment which is used for injury and relief.I have asked for a replacement and hope the seller is able to provide a quality product which works
