I love this little bench. Looks nice, makes total sense in an entryway…but my cat can’t see when he’s inside and pees out of his box. Two days after I set it up I kept smelling urine. I decided to empty the litter but when I lifted out the high sided pan there was a pool inside the cabinet that had leaked onto the floor. So gross. i cleaned it up and modified a sterilite tote to prevent urine from leaking into the cabinet but sometimes he still leaves a puddle in the tote. I think he just backs up and lets it go…which he never does in other boxes. Maybe it’s too small for him or the top is too low but I had to set up another box.

I think this is very good quality for the price I paid. The instructions were easy to understand. The completed piece of furniture is much sturdier than I thought it would be. I have 2 other litter boxes for my cats. This one is their favorite. I heartily recommend it.

My cat loves this! Don’t have to see litter box anymore! Worth the price and best purchase I’ve made. Totally blends in with my furniture too!

Assembled perfectly and looks great. Cat loves it, easy to use and clean.

The hinge can not be used to tight

There were several things that are wrong with this bench. First off the two back panels are too tall/long and do not fit on the shelf. So it has so backing, making it essentially useless for hiding the litter box unless it’s against the wall, and now I have to find a way to protect the wall from cat pee and poop. Secondly the top doesn’t open smoothly, it hits the edge of the cubby. I’m sure it will be damaged eventually. Third, the hinge that came with it to help it open and stay open will not bend to where it needs to go to be attached, so I can’t use that part. The cushion on the top smells like plastic and chemicals. I would buy any other shelf than this one. Terrible product.
