Q: One if the reviews says it makes noise. Has anyone had the same experience?

I have not experienced that. In my experience it's always the patch cables that are the problem. Use a patch cable in a one rig and it works just fine for a long time. Soon as you put it in a new rig, doesn't work all of the sudden. This 4 way Jack is nice though and for me it works well.

Q: Are the connections balanced. can i use it for stereo trs connections?

I don’t know about trs connections but I’m running three amps from my pedalboard at various stages of effects. I’m sorry I don’t know if that helps at all. I sometimes have my dry signal in the middle and a stereo tremolo in the left and right at the end of my pedal chain. Currently I’m just running Hog 2 direct out to my amp then I have a monosynth I’m running wet signal into another amp and dry to another both from the monosynth. I’m not positive about the trs capabilities but if you have a stereo pedal or guitar you definitely can patch them separately. I’m only using trs for my expression pedal so I can try patching one through it and I’ll let you know if it controls the pedal still. That should tell you the answer right? I mean it’s definitely a single cable to single cable so I don’t know much about anything trs can do other than a controller for expression pedals. If that would work for your answer let me know and I’ll see if it works the way I suggested. If you have a specific test I could do let me know. I’m using a dual expression pedal so I have two trs cables. I’m still not sure if that’s going to tell you anything but I’ll try.

It connects to the board via screws and fits into one of the mini (larger) modules on the side of the board. The module is 1:1 with the 1/4” jacks on both sides.
