Audien ATOM PRO 2 Wireless Rechargeable OTC Hearing Aid, Premium Comfort Design and Nearly Invisible

Right out of the box these aids worked well! They were charged and ready to go. I put them in my ears and after getting them properly settled I realized that the world is full of sound! My ears took a couple of days to get used to wearing them but after the adjustment period, they were as comfortable as a pair of glasses or earrings! There is an option to change the mode but I haven't found the need to do that yet as I'm working indoors as a tax accountant. I knew right after my first appointment that getting these aids was a smart move for me... I wasn't straining to hear the client or smiling like I did hear them when my brain was trying to figure out what they really said! I wish I would have done this a couple of years ago.

The first Hearing Aids I purchased were not well received due to multiple reasons. My 90 year old mother had trouble inserting the tiny device with her arthritically mangled fingers, while inadvertantly pressing the volume buttons. There was feedback and other un-natural sounds. The insert in the package instructed one to call the company and not return them to Amazon. I followed that advice and after speaking with the company I agreed to try a better model, The Audien ION pro. Happily I can report a major difference. The ION pro (over/outside the ear model) exhibited NO FEEDBACK, NO METALLIC NOISES. They were easy for Mom to put on and since they are Bluetooth controlled, I was able to adjust and set them on her phone. She says that they work well and the road noise in the car is not overly loud like previous devices. Right now we are using them on the lowest volume setting. Very Happy with our purchase and the company is definately focused on customer service. Everyone I spoke with at Audien was interested in helping me obtain a product that would work well for my 90 year old Mother. Thank you Audien for caring about your customers, it is a refreshing change from the usual companies that don't. All the other choices were way more expensive. The only negative is the bluetooth is a little wonky until it connects (you have to be close) but once they're setup you don't really have to mess with the settings. She wears them for hours at a time without any discomfort. She also can wear her glasses without issues.

In ear hearing aids for ultimate convenience. Good design, fast charging (no batteries needed) and charging case has its own battery for charging when not near a power source. Hearing aids and charging case are super small which is great. Hearing aids come packaged with all the necessary accessories and good instructions along with online videos to help you know how to use them. For the cost - these hearing aids perform well. Positioning the aids in your ear is a little touchy to find the position that greatly reduces or possibly eliminates feed back noise. These hearing aids can improve your ability to hear and at a budget friendly cost. If you have a hearing problem these much lower priced hearing aids do offer a lot and are much better than not hearing everything going on around you.

I was very hesitant about hearing aids -- Hearing Aids - ugh!!??? I didn't like the association, the look even the though of having "things" in my ears that everyone can see - even if it helped me hear better..... but, I couldn't stand not hearing the small nuances and having to ask people to repeat what they were saying. Since I have used the Audien hearing aids - I can't boast enough how fabulous they are! They are small, they fit in my ears and they actually make me hear what I've been missing! I like the look, how they operate and after learning (with their great product support) how to adjust the volume and the tone -- I've got it and they feel great! I'm not going to say everything was rosy - they do take some getting used to, after all, they are foreign and strange at first. I could not have got comfortable with them without their amazing product support. Aleli is my product support person and she is knowledgeable, helpful, listens, understands and is there when you need her. She is very responsive and she told me that she actually used the hearing aids to be able to help her customers -- Now, that's caring, wanting to know and be supportive! She is very well trained and answered any and all of my questions. I would highly recommend these to anyone who wants to hear better -- and, they are good for your overall health.
