Within 20 minutes I felt the tingles from the beta-alanine and was dialed in for my workout. Energy levels were through the roof, and I crushed my session with way more focus and intensity than usual.Flavour-wise, I had the cherry and berry, which was surprisingly decent—no weird aftertaste and mixed well with water.Only downside: it might be too strong for beginners or anyone sensitive to caffeine. I’d also recommend starting with half a scoop if you’re unsure—this stuff is potent.Overall, if you're looking for a serious pre-workout with a proper kick, Grenade delivers. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Most Efective *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 2 April 2026* This is a very effectie energy booster, and has no negative side effects. It tastes very strong and sweet and is comfy. It's very good value for money and has great ingredients. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Product good, packaging poor. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 5 January 2024* Taste: best way to describe is fizzy cherry.Mix: dilutes well, doesn't leave any grainy bits at the bottom.Ingredients: Evidence based dose, you do only need 1 scoop.Price: I got this at £20 a bag, so £1 per serving. Typical price for a premium brand.Packaging: The only bad thing about this product. The opening to the bag is too small, each time I scoop I get powder all over my hands and the corners of the bag hold powder you can't scoop. I'd recommend emptying the bag into a small tub that you have that almost every other brand uses, makes it much much easier. Grenade need to change to a plastic (recyclable) tub. ## Frequently Bought Together - Grenade High Caffeine Pre Workout Powder with Natural Caffeine, Citrulline, Beta Alanine, Tyrosine & Betaine (20 Servings) - Cherry Bomb, 330 g (Pack of 1) - Grenade BCAA Intra Workout Powder Zero Sugar Drink packed with Amino Acids including B-Vitamins, Magnesium & Glutamine (30 Servings) - Strawberry Mango, 390 g (Pack of 1) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://jersey.desertcart.com/products/570643198-pre-workout](https://jersey.desertcart.com/products/570643198-pre-workout) --- *Product available on Desertcart Jersey* *Store origin: JE* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
