Perfect condition - I'm not sure why it was being sold as a return, but it appeared to be brand new. Don't be afraid to order a returned item. If Amazon says it is “like new,” my guess is that there was probably an issue with the original packaging with no effect on the item itself.

This is big enough for my wife and I to fit whatever we need into it for a couple of days. I like the way the sections are divided--it makes it feel bigger and is easy to use. It is very sturdy and it moves easily. I like the color, just a cool, light metal color that will be easy to customize for quick recognition. Overall, excellent performance and value.

Got this suitcase for my husband and he loves it. It fit within the very strict carry-on requirements of our airline, and has held up very well on two flights. It has good storage despite being small, and was the perfect size for him to pack a week’s worth of summer clothes and shower essentials.
