This is a great swing for the price. Cover got damaged this winter and the customer service was great and very nice.

Super easy to assemble. Quality parts.

If I had known this was exactly the same product I was trying to replace because it tore in half in the seat area I may not have purchased it… However I did purchase it and I have a plan to put a better bottom on this chair than what it comes with. Use caution, when these chairs are left outside and have been wet and dry the material becomes brittle that said when sitting on the seat may 105 pound sister tore through the bottom of the old chair and smashed her tailbone… since this is essentially the same chair from the same manufacturer apparently but under a different name they look identical and the materials are absolutely the same. I came up with an idea to build a 1 x 3 beam bottom to put on this chair in place of the material that is there already, thereby enhancing this chair in a big way. The material is fine for the first summer but as it ages it will tear and you could get seriously hurt as did my sister. I would not recommend this chair to anybody until they find a way to resolve the poor build quality relying on canvas as a structural support… Also really pay attention to the assembly instructions because they’re not very well written and my sister accidentally assembled it in a way that requires to take the whole thing apart in order to get it together, I wasn’t there when she decided to do that I might’ve noticed but just so you know pay attention to where the legs are and where the holes are for the back support bracket.

Swing is functional and will serve it's purpose. It looks as described. Very light weight and moves across the porch with every wind that blows. Shorter than expected, but that's ok. We bought a $500 swing three years ago that the seat rotted out after 2.5 years. I think this one will hold up just as well for a fraction of the cost, just not quit as comfy. Some of the hardware was mislabeled and instructions were not great.

The product itself looks good but it blows over several times a day the first day I put it up the umbrella blew off which ripped the plastic skrews that hold it in so I talked to Amazon and they had them send me some more screws which arrived yesterday I put the screws on yesterday thinking it would be fine since it wasn’t storming bad but nope woke up this morning to find the umbrella had snapped off again and this time it’s completely gone probably in a neighbors yard so this set is terrible it would have to be adhered to the ground so it doesn’t blow over and the screws need to be metal instead of plastic we are returning today.

I love the swing. I wished I would have ordered it many years ago. I love to swing.
