An excellent magnesium that is very well absorbed apparently compared to the more commercially available ones like Magensium Oxide (poorly absorbed) and Magaesium Citrate (which is well absorbed but limited to what you can take due to its laxative effects...which of course would be beneficial to those who suffer from constipation!) When I get some general aches, instead of reaching for pain killers, I take two of these and my aches melt away (usually from tight muscles due to a long, stressful day)Magensium comes in many forms with each having different effects so please research which type will suit you personally.

This is an excellent product at a reasonable price there are other products that are pretty much the same but cost at least twice as much. after taking this product my sugar cravings went down dramatically and my sleep quality went up dramatically.There are occasions where I still struggle to get to sleep but that doesn't happen too often I'm very happy with this product and we'll be re-ordering.

Box appeared to have been stored in sunlight as there was a clear line colour difference one side of the box . Aware any vitamines/medicines should not be left in sunlight.Will order direct from the Gower company next time .

I had tried other types of magnesium (citrate and oxide) but they had a bad effect on my bowels. This however is fantastic with no unwanted side effects. They are quite large but that's a small price to pay. I have been taking them for headaches and they really make a difference with a plus point of also helping me sleep better.

I've tried several different forms of magnesium to reduce night cramps in the legs and feet, this is by far the best and most reliable in my experience, nor does it cause any gastric problems though for me none of the others did either, they just didn't work very or as well.

Brilliant product. I have been having trouble sleeping and generally feeling achey from the gym. Both have been resolved. My sleep is much better. And I have more energy during the day. Definitely will buy from this company again.

So I have been taking Magnesium Glycinate to help with my sleep, having previously used a different brand product I thought I would try this one for a change. Unfortunately I found there was no therapeutic benefit for me from this product.Having still got some capsules left from the previous brand which I know worked, I alternated a week of new, then a week of the old ones, then these new ones again. The difference was clear. With my previous Magnesium Glycinate tablets they helped me get a good nights sleep, reduce my anxiety and stop my hair pulling habit. With this brand, my symptoms came back very quickly.Perhaps it was a bad batch. I gave two stars rather than 1, as I got a refund from Amazon without any hassle.
