Small but so far it works well
Not as big as I thought it would be but it is supportive and easy to use, I like the black color. Wish it was a little bigger but satisfied. Oh and I gave it 5 stars for softness because IT ISN'T SOFT and I didn't want it to be, I think that is why it works :)

Good quality for the money
My wife’s back was getting sore so we purchased this for her work chair. She says it is comfortable and makes her sit in proper posture. After several weeks of use she says her back is feeling much better.

No Real Lumbar Support
Arrived in a timely manner and exactly as described. It feels more like a flat pillow than true lumbar support. I was hoping for a bit more support. It adds a slight cushioning to a chair, but so does a pillow. It has a shape to it, but at the lumbar area, I expected more of a bumped out area. I’ll keep it, but I truly don’t think it’s helping my back.

Wife has to have this in our car due to the seats,She says it works very well and does not have any shoulder pain after driving, so does the job

Great product for office
It is recommended by the doctor that your back can get extra massage during daily job with the help of such a product. Would consider a second one for home office.
