I have a lot of fountain pens and really didn't have the urge to buy another, especially an expensive $100+ pen. I had been on Amazon looking for something else and this caught my eye with its name. Price was under $30 with the coupon. I saw one negative review and found it pretty childish- the pen itself wasn't evaluated as much as the name. Good grief! Luckily I saw overwhelming positive reviews for the PEN itself and decided to try it. On the positives- it's a good value, it writes well, looks great, and can be an everyday carry. Cons- very minor...I prefer medium nibs (this only came as a fine), and while it posts OK, it can pop off if not enough pressure is used posting it. My personal preference is ebonite, but for the image design, I can see why a metal body was used. After writing with the pen a few minutes the metal aspect really wasn't a hinderence. I tried hard to find a writing flaw, but, it consistently left a true line all the time.

I received it today and pen came in a nice box with two cartridges- convertor. and nice black penI took off convertor and replace with the cartridge came with itPen writes very good - nice point - not thick not too thinPen is little thick and heavy compare to my Parker 51 modelBut good to hold , writes good and looks very good professionalWorth of my money

I have not written in cursive in a while and wanted to practice. I saw this pen so cheap and decided to try it and don't regret it at all. I do prefer a medium nib because they are more dynamic if you want to have fancy strokes and shapes, but this will totally do to practice and for regular writing. I really like it.

It's not a Namiki but it will draw attention. Writes well which is the point.

This Xmusk Fountain Pen Set made a wonderful gift for my husband. The pen has a nice weight and feel. It is a good thing this set comes with a refill about cartridge and ink bottle as the cartridge size isn’t the same as our previous fountain pens. But over all this is a very nice set.

This seems like a great fountain pen, feels good, with a decent weight. The nib feels strong, though I'm not going to purposely test it's limits...lol... The converter tube is either glass, or some sort of high quality acrylic. Overall, it's a good pen for the price, recommended.
