I used this to attach heel protectors to the rubber soles of sneakers. It has held up.I did not make a comparison, but I think it is important to first use sandpaper to scuff up the surfaces of the shoe and the heel protector. I had another brand fail, but it was probably because I had not sanded the two surfaces (the unfair comparison is why I am not naming the other brand).Then I put this glue on both surfaces and left them open for a couple of minutes before pressing the surfaces together, putting a clamp on, and let it sit for two days.

Used this on my husband’s athletic shoes and it’s holding up really well. You need good clamps, but if you have those, it works great!

used half a tube to repair the toe of a sneaker that had broken free of the soletook three coats to secure by gluing deep inside area, clamp, then closer to the edge, then along the edgetook three days to let the 3 steps cure one at a time so i could move the clamps to the next "zone"no noticeable glue odor during application, no eye irritation from fumeshave been using the shoes indoor/outdoors for a variety of purposes and holding up wellit may take more glue than you expect to do a good job of it - be sure to get enough to do the job

I had a pair of work boots that were falling apart. The sole was coming right off. I did not really have faith it would work but tried it anyway. Both boots are holding up fine. The soles basically were hanging on by a thread and I used it on the whole sole. Happy with my purchase.

This adhesive worked well on the soles of my heels. No mess to clean up

Glue is weak. Didn't hold up after a few wears.
