Nice bulb, a few suggestions.
Got these today, adding it to our outdoor lights on both sides of the garage and to add to a lantern from our wedding I had an Edison bulb in. Having the gravity sensor was important as all my lights hang the bulb. Up close the frosted plastic covering the LED’s does a good job diffusing and hiding the dot effect. But....the further you walk away, the more you can see the dots. Not a deal breaker by any means. I wanted to add it to my entry light but I have a lit toggle switch and it makes the bulb flicker when off. I’m assuming because it’s set up like a dimmer it is pulsing electricity to light the toggle. The only other thing I wish is that it was a single mode. You have to flip the switch through the modes to get to the flame.I’m also 100% positive that this is the exact bulb being sold by others with their label slapped on it as, nice surprise, there is no weird brand label on the bulb.

One our of two worked correctly.
The bulbs look great....no complaint there. However, I ordered 2 bulbs for my fixtures (Bulb screws in at the top of the fixture and hangs down) and only one of them worked upside down. The other one still burned from the base (which made it look like the flame was burning upside down).

Just what I was looking for!
I use these in my light fixtures on my garage. I love the look of a real flame and I noticed our neighbors had light bulbs that appeared to be real flames so I was on the hunt. I found these and they’re exactly what I was looking for! Whether it’s winter or summer- I’ll continue to use them!

Pixels like 1985 Atari
Just as cheesy as the rest of them. Unless it is inside of an enclosed light fixture like a porch light it really won’t look even remotely realistic. That being said if you do have an enclosed fixture it would be neat

It just looks like something is melting inside the bulb
It just looks like something is melting inside the bulb. Doesn't really seem very flame-like. Stopped using it because it was too distracting.
