Awesome workstation. My working hours have changed due to the comfort of working from within the cradle. There are a couple of misses:- customer service is about 5 out of 10. I have been reaching out for weeks as the USB hub on the front will not work.- I am trying to find the two vertical mounting arm to add the monitor stack on both sides. No response nothing on the web site. I sent a request from here with no response.Buyer beware. The shipping crate was a pain in the ass. If unit did not have wheels it would have taken 4 people to get the carcus to my office.Now that it is setup it pains me to get out of it as I can roll all day in it. Worth the money.Cheers

This chair is pretty cool! The color change option is really cool in the dark! The only reason it's not a 5 for me is because there were scratches, and the front plate for the scorpion tail was not welded super well together. The customer service was really great though. We had a couple of parts that were either for the wrong chair model or that broke upon arrival. We contacted them directly and they replaced the parts pretty fast.

Came much sooner than expected, is as described and more! Way more comfortable than sitting at my desk to work for 10 hours a day.

The quality of this chair, which I was a little worries about is exceptional. easy to put together as well.The chair was packaged exceptionally well.I have looked at the scorpion chairs for years and always thought the price was more than I wanted to pay.Once I came across this chair, I was excited and just had to have it.I am not disappointed and would purchase again.

Overall I’d give it a 4.0, It was difficult to put together. There are video instructions and a book of instructions. They don’t match. Sometimes the manual was right sometimes the video was right. Often not all the holes lined up for a piece. So instead of putting 4 screws in I could only put 3. However in the end after all the frustration I was really pleased with the end result. Additionally there seems to be no tray for the pc. There seems to be a small platform inside the rear but not very big. You will have to have your pc on the side on the ground or a separate cart. Considering it was way cheaper than other chairs I’ve seen it was definitely worth it.

Fantastic customer service, that keeps you informed every step of the way! This is a BIG chair and you will need 2 people to remove and assemble. Upon arrival, we were missing a couple pieces and had some cosmetic damage. The vendor asked if we were happy with the product and when I notified them of the damages and missing parts, they immediately made it right and ordered us everything we needed. We're overall very happy with the chair and service.

Very comfortable and well built. Had a few cosmetic issues from shipping, but was pretty good overall. It’s heavier than it looks, and definitely takes 2 people to move and assemble. Worth it!

I work as a software engineer. I easily spend 10 hours a day in this product. If I could add or change anything it would be better lumbar support, and preset positions.
