I really like how easy this was to assemble, the look, and the height of it.This light took the WWE fight out of our remodel.I wanted a chandelier above the table, that brought light in our dungeon dining room, and the 6’ giant that I live with, pretty sure just wanted a pull string light bulb hanging out of the ceiling.He says he didn’t want to hit his head on it, I told him to stay off the table, and that’s where the wrestling ring was established!But this light is perfect for low ceilings and giant people, and you can put enough light bulbs in to actually see what you are eating. This feature actually has me worried about my husband; for two reasons he either has a lot of faith in my cooking that I won’t actually poison him by mistake, because I can’t see if I’m picking up amatoxin or button mushrooms. Maybe he just doesn’t want to see what he’s eating too.But that’s not the point, the other reason is after 30 years of marriage maybe he doesn’t want to see me? If that’s the case, I guess it really doesn’t matter what mushroom I use.The one thing we did find out with this light is be careful what LED bulbs you put into to it, ...because the wrong one can mimic the noon day sun 2 feet from your face, and then when you shut your eyes the only thing you see for three days is the outline of this light. So you really need to love the look of it. We did put smaller bulbs in. , and it’s perfect.Also I am beginning to suspect that my husband has melts in the light because I haven’t seen him since we put it up. He’s got to be around cause I haven’t seen any other life form, but his plate is empty and in the sink when I come back to load the dishwasher. I wonder if he’s actually part troll?So if your looking for bright cheerful and classy this is a really great pick.

This is a great light. It’s perfect and having 8 bulbs is exactly what I needed. That being said this is easily a 4 hour install regardless if you understand electrical standards or not. The light is completely disassembled nothing about this light is put together upon unboxing. Do not forget to run the black wire through the fixture before mounting. It is not a hard install but a time consuming one. When you have to splice 16 wires together you will want to cry. Remember black to black and white to white don’t mess that up or you’ll burn the house down. It’s a great light highly recommend it but get ready to work for it

Great lioking piece. Would have given 5 stars except for bad instructions. Need explanation of the brass bolts and hiw to install and (very important) to thread the black wire through the slit before its up. Also ecplsin if the arms csn be rotated do the bulbs face up.

This item is so flimsy and a pain in the butt to assemble, not to mention the installation manual is nothing but horribly translated foreign language to English. For the price charged I would expect something more durable just be weary shoppers when purchasing fixtures, and jewelry on Amazon because you are not sure what you will get, very disappointed.

It is cracked

This is a great light for the price! As other reviews have stated, it comes in pieces and there are 9 sets of wires that need connected. Wire nuts were not included. My husband is an electrician and it took him about an hour to assemble and put it up. We also had to find better mounting screws, as the ones included were for attaching to wood and not a fixture box. The directions are just a few pictures, and most average homeowners will struggle to put this fixture up. The color is a dark oil rubbed bronze, but the painted decoration is gold. The lights can be mounted facing up or down. It really lights up the room with plenty of clearance to walk underneath. Overall, it was a good buy, but not necessarily DIY to put it up.

The light is good fit to my dining room! Thank you for taking care my request. It is a cost effective solution to me. I do the assembly work myself, it takes time but not difficult.
