This thing is amazing! It goes down to -4 and stays there. Always a good idea to keep it out of the sun so it doesn't have to work too hard. We have only used it to keep things frozen on trips. Holds quite a bit of food. Highly recommend.

We recently used this on a 3 day camping trip. Outside temps ranged from high 70's to low 50's. This performed beautifully. We kept it set at 36 degrees F to keep food out of the danger zone. The 37 liter held exactly the amount of fresh food for 2 people for 3 days. And it's a smaller footprint than the typical cooler we were using to hold the same amount of food but you have to have room for ice in that type of cooler. We used a 300W battery that can be recharged with a solar panel. Over about 12 hours with no sunlight it would use up anywhere between 1/2 and 3/4 of the battery. We have 2 of those batteries so it was perfect. It's well insulated so even when unplugged it will stay cool for a couple of hours. There are removable baskets on each side so it's easy to clean. And the little plastic divider is also a cutting board. Nice feature.

Worked great right out of the box! I bought this as a gift for a family member that loves to camp and needed a way to keep food cold other than messy and inconvenient ice bags.It is very roomy inside and easy to operate. It came packaged well. It is bulky to pick up the shipping box off the porch, so make sure to have help!

This unit is well worth the money. It kept my meat frozen solid on a three day trip from DC to Indianapolis to Atlanta, then Miami. The only negative is the glue holding the control panel on has failed and the control panel was peeling off, straight from the box. I've touched the controls maybe three times and the surface is already delaminating. Given how cheap the unit is, I can't really complain, though. It works like a champ, solidly keeping everything frozen at a fraction of what the competition charges. Some people mentioned the handle breaks easily. I haven't given it any hard usage, but I did drag the unit through a pot-hole filled parking lot the my hotel room and it was plenty sturdy enough. I have the think filled to the brim with steaks, so it is heavy. Empty, I can easily carry it around by the handles.

This has to be plugged in to cool. How are you supposed to keep it plugged into a car when it's not on or into an outlet on a sports field? The cooler itself was nice, but it is useless unless plugged in. It would be a better design if you could charge it like your phone. Had to return.

Good work, not very heavy

This is a great little refrigerator/cooler. We bought it for our travel trailer. It holds a lot and keeps our milk very cold. It is very quiet. We carry it in the back of our vehicle when we are traveling and you cannot hear it. The food/milk is cold when we get to camp and we have been traveling for at least 5 hours. It is heavy when you have it loaded but it does the job.

Close to a year's worth of use (constant use) working awesome would definitely recommend this cool / freezer. I use it as a fridge living off grid low power consumption.
