These were a huge disappointment. They arrived broken in pieces. The pieces that weren’t already broke, broke when we cut them. I wish they would come with a frosting that would actually make the pieces stick together, but all gingerbread houses are like that. Next year we will buy premade ones to decorate to spare us from the tears these sets caused.

I wanted these for a trip we were taking. I had them sent ahead of my arrival. A few were broken but I put them together with a hot glue gun. It was easy to do. The 6 kids had a great time doing their own house. The decorations were the right amount and they were all happy with their houses. The ages ranged from 3 to 14 years old.

In case you didn’t read the “terms,” these are VERY SMALL. Additionally, there’s few decorating supplies; it worked out okay for the 4 houses, but you definitely can’t go crazy with it. One of the houses arrived broken (3rd picture), so that was sad. It only comes with one icing bag, which does not work well for multiple people decorating at once. Consider using sandwich bags or buying more icing bags.

Several pieces were broken upon opening. Too late to return as my family tradition to decorate gingerbread houses was already the next day after receiving. The village was also way too small. Ridiculous cost for poor quality.

We've purchased these a few times and works great with keeping the kids appropriately distracted. They get to built a house and use the icing for glue which is a much better activity than firing up the electronics. As much as the kids love this, the adults always jump in and get a sense of satisfaction when everyone shares their creations. Definitely recommended for the Holidays.

Product came late and was completely broken. Unable to use. Couldn't even make one house.
