There is no helpline or customer care no to provide assist how to use this product
This is not easy to operate. There is no helpline who guide to use this product. I am filling very hard to use. I will not suggest any one to use such a product.

Not so friendly user interface
Product is cumbersome to set up and it behaves differently with different browsers. The description makes it sound very easy to use but for me it was very complicated.

Really Great !! But technically challenging to set up.
After using it for almost a year, now its probably the best time to write this review. NAS is really good for someone who just want to create a basic home cloud storage. This particular model is really bare minimum hardware needed to create a NAS. Its technically complex. You have to learn about it and its setup, either via online or with some technical assistance available around you (it is for a lay person with no technical background, like me.) I had no idea about NAS setup, i took it as challenge as i really loved the idea of having personal cloud system. But once you learn it, it becomes super easy and really valued product in your daily life. I have beed using it to backup all my personal data and backup all my gadgets and family members data. Its like having your own google drive but you having all the control and no more Subscription fees to pay.
