This bike, exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful, solid, well built, heavy and comfortable. It looks like a cute beach cruiser bike, but with the added bonus of being electric. I'm 62 and can't ride like I used to but this gives you some help. I pedal most of the way, but now my knees don't give out. There is low, med, high and low is all I need...medium goes too fast! I can't do right turns etc on the curvy bike path if I go too fast. The throttle is great to climb a hill with no effort at all. The bike is a pure joy to ride and great seat, sit up straight handle bar make it very comfortable to ride. I couldn't be happier, no complaints at all. The battery lasts much longer than stated. I added a wicker basket from Amazon that I love. My husband added a water bottle holder for me. I hope to get many years of fun on my bike. Oraimo still had the bike on their website, while it has been sold out here since I purchased in April

Amazon shipped my Oraimo city cruiser e-bike January 1, 2024 as promised and on time. As I was assembling the e-bike, I noticed the rear wheel rim was bent and wobbled when rotated. This rear wheel included the electric hub motor. I emailed Oraimo customer support to inform them that the rear wheel rim was bent. Early the next morning customer support informed me that they will ship me a new replacement rear wheel with hub motor assembly. Customer support emailed me a FedEx tracking number and in about 7 days I received my replacement rear wheel at no cost to me.I would like to thank my customer support advisor, Lily for her prompt attention to my concerns.

This bike is great, the pedal acceleration assist is great, the throttle is great.

Purchased the bike on January, the motor or electrical part stopped working after 6 rides!!!! But it was past the 30 day refund policy, so I had to contact the seller and told they were sending the part that was malfunctioning, they sent something that had nothing to do with the problem; contacted them again and they didn’t answer for a month, asked for a refund and their answer was that I should go to a nearby repair shop to check for bike problems and repairs!!And LITERALLY this:“We are sorry that the store where you purchased the bicycle was accidentally blocked, causing heavy losses to the company account and indicating that no refund is possible.”Amazon should NOT be selling this! They are poorly made, bad quality, and don’t have back up from the manufacturer!!!! Worst experience EVER!!!

Great bike for cruising. Comfortable. Goes about 21mph max which is plenty for young kids. Handle bar angle is a little funky might be turned inwards just a smidge too much. But that’s our only complaint.

Very easy to assemble and well made my granddaughter loves it!

I liked that this bike has a higher weight limit than others. Took it for a ride and was easy to switch back and forth between pedaling and throttle. Wide seat that’s pretty comfortable. Takes some putting together but there’s a video to help.
