Great light replacement for a round ceiling light. Stays cool and puts out great light to see by.

A great way to not have to replace fluorescent fixture. I am a 76 yr old woman. I watched a youtube video and did the replacement of ballast and lights in minutes. It is much brighter in my laundry room.

for a strange reason, the light only stays on the top 1/4 of the roof and does not want to radiate down to the ground which causes the light to feel dim. I did not understand earlier comment buyers have mentioned the same until I bought. Will keep it as I have already used the 1 light but will not buy it again.

Knowing a little bit about electrical fixtures will help with installation. I had cut off the 4 pronged connector that my old florescent bulb attached to thinking that it was the ballast. I was quite confused about why I had 4 wires and all the instructions showed 2 wires...until it was pointed out that the ballast has two wires going in and 4 coming out, which was at the top of my particular light fixture, out of sight. I found the ballast once I fully removed the light fixture from the ceiling and presto! A quick clip of the two wires going into the ballast and easy peasy attaching them to the new bulb with the easy connector clip that is included in the new bulb's box. The light is bright but only perfectly so. It's like daylight shining into the room now. I love this upgrade to my home.

We have a ceiling fan that had a ballast powered circline bulb, and the ballast was failing. I bought this as it could be used without the ballast because of its LED driver. The wiring was super easy. Just had to cut the two wires leading to the ballast, and clamp them into the adapter that was included.The only negative I have to say is that it included clips to mount the light. There weren’t really my instructions with those, but it appeared as though it was meant to clip those to the old fluorescent bulbs, and secure the new light via magnets. However, the sizing was incorrect to attach to the existing T9 in the fixture, so I had to secure it another way.Outside of that it was exactly what I needed, and it saved me from having to replace our entire ceiling fan.

I like these so much I am buying another pair to complete retrofitting my fixtures to no longer use the circular fluorescent lights that are dim and uneven lighting. These are very bright and fairly efficient. Saves almost 50% of the electricity of the lamps they are replacing. Do not want to pay for and find the 8" circular lamps in the future. These are a great replacement option. Simply squeeze the connector and insert the wire. Not much tools or skills needed to complete this. The magnets on the LED just stick to the reflector and its done. Highly recommended.

A perfect replacement to a bathroom ceiling fan/light combo. and the light is a lot brighter than the fluorescent bulb it replaced . I you have a ballast go bad , get these instead and it very simple to wire this in with the supplied connection and bypass the ballast .

This is a great replacement LED for my 9" Circline fluorescent ceiling light. I was getting tired of replacing the fluorescent bulb every year or so because the light was being switched on/off so frequently. I was nervous about having to do the rewiring work, but Celiwace made it easy. With the power off, I clipped the 120V AC wires at the fluorescent ballast (leaving it in place), trimmed a bit of insulation from the ends, and used the included splicing connector to wire up the LED unit. Magnets mounted the LED right where the fluorescent bulb used to be, and I was done! (They also supply special clips that can be used to mount the LED using the old fluorescent bulb, if that works better for you.)This light is BRIGHT—especially if you are used to having an aging fluorescent bulb providing dim output. I wished I'd made this conversion years ago!
