Super easy to assemble and he has so much fun jumping around in it!I was a little hesitant to it’s stability beings it’s a product for babies but it seems to be pretty sturdy (my husband even hung from the middle bar just to test it). It is a little big- takes up quite a bit of space but necessary to provide stability.Our son gets so excited to go in his jumper!

Representative (Mable) reached out to let me know me that the company is informing the manufacturers of the hardware issue that I experienced so that a stronger attachment can be made, in an effort to insure this does not happen again. Mable stated that they take baby’s safety seriously, as well as the satisfaction of their customers. Based on the other reviews of this product my experience may have been an isolated incident so I am quite impressed with their immediate concern and decision to be proactive in the redesign of their hardware.I have now changed my star rating of 1 to a 4 andwould not hesitate to purchase again from this seller in the future. Thank you😊Initial review….Very pleased with the purchase until the metal bracket holding the jumping attachment broke during use. My granddaughter weighs 21 lbs, well within the weight restriction. While she was jumping we heard a snap and noticed the top metal piece holding the jumping attachment chain broke. Disappointed to say the least.** UPDATE** Seller rep reached out immediately after my review and request for return. “Mabel” was very concerned and offered to send replacement part if one was available. After expressing my concern it may happen again, she stated if that be the case, to reach out to her again and the company would make it right. The part arrived within a few days, along with additional hardware. Hoping all works out this time but I must say, the customer service has so far been exceptional! Thank you for that😊

The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love this swing/bouncer! My son gets so excited when he sees it. The seat fits my baby at 6 months and will fit for many more months. I’m so excited to have this swing grow with him. 10/10 reccomend

The media could not be loaded. After my baby was in the bouncer, the clip unexpectedly snapped, causing my child to fall to the ground and hit his head. This incident not only posed a significant safety risk to my baby but also left me shaken and worried about the quality of the product. As a loving parent, I rely on reputable retailers like Amazon to provide products that meet essential safety standards. The fact that the baby bouncer malfunctioned so catastrophically raises serious concerns about its design, construction, and quality control measures. as well as assurances that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Additionally, I believe it is essential to alert other customers who may have purchased the same item about its potential safety hazards.

Unfortunately, for me this jumper did not work out.. my baby was about 15 lbs at the time & is thin as I’m not so chubby.. I mention that because the straps around her tummy did not fit, it was too loose.. she did fall out twice so I had to return it..

We took this on a cross country road trip and it fit amazing in the car! Our son got hours of fun on vacation with both the swing and the jumper attachment. It wobbles a little bit on different surfaces like in the grass, but other than that it was amazing. Definitely worth the money!

My granddaughter loves it and her parents love it even more lol it wears her out She laughs and laughs. She would jump until she fell over Lolol
