Great product works well left handed. Seems to hold it edge.

It is so sharp that cutting is a breeze. You can shave cabbage with it. Tomatoes slice ever so thin. It is wonderfully balanced for left hand use. I am going to buy more of them!

I bought a paring knife and larger one (deboning?) for my wife at Christmas and she loves them both. Our friends asked about them and we recommended they try it as well. The bevel on the opposite side really makes a difference.

I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about, this knife is a scam. It’s not beveled on the left side of the knife (which is the CORRECT side for a lefty). It’s beveled on the right side so you can still slice your fingers when using proper knife skills.The blade is sharp and it is comfortable to hold, but there are plenty of knives out there that fill those requirements. Without the correct bevel this is just a cheap right-handed knife.

Love having a knife I can use where it's easy to slice meat. The only thing I'd ask is they provide a sleeve for the knife while not being used. I cut myself pretty good taking it from my kitchen drawer.update 9/13/24 well my sharp knife is now very dull. I've only used it 5-6 times. I am very disappointed.
